Tom is primarily focused on the listed market, across both corporates and closed-ended funds.  Specialising in yielding asset backed offerings, his sector focus is on real estate, infrastructure, and renewable energy.  He previously ran a principal investment team within Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander, and an equities and funds group focused on infrastructure and renewable energy at Numis Securities.  Previously, he was within a project finance team at KPMG, and holds a PhD in atmospheric chemistry.

David is focused on the firm’s Retail, Consumer and Online Gaming sector. He has over 10 years investment banking experience gained from BNP Paribas, CIBC World Markets and Numis Securities. His experience includes both UK and cross-border transactions and spans capital markets and M&A advisory for public and private companies. He has been particularly active in the IPO, financings and sales of some of the leading online gaming companies.

Anthony specialises in listed closed-ended funds, leading transactions across the full spectrum of corporate activity and covering a wide range of sectors and territories, especially in emerging markets. Anthony has over 14 years’ investment banking, legal, asset management and corporate finance experience from KPMG, Taylor Wessing, Nomura International, Numis Securities and Kaupthing. His global experience includes both UK and cross-border transactions and spans capital markets and M&A advisory for public and private companies in a number of different jurisdictions including Australia, Brazil, India, Russia, Ukraine and the US.
