Andrew previously spent 4 years at Grant Thornton, a qualified Chartered Accountant, he is also a specialist financial modeller. During his time at Grant Thornton he worked across a number of sectors including technology, media and consumer goods before specialising in real estate within the infrastructure modelling team.
Andrew has developed financial models to support debt and equity fundraising for clients in a range of sectors across infrastructure, specialist yielding commercial real estate, technology and gaming. He has worked closely with private and public sector developers, constructing models to assist in bidding for new contracts and has extensive experience producing business forecasts to support M&A and public market transactions.
