His experience includes both UK and cross-border transactions and spans capital markets and M&A advisory for public and private companies. David’s core specialism is in online gaming and betting, where he has advised some of the leading companies in the sector across the full range of international corporate activity.

Her role is primarily focused on quoted investment companies, particularly in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, as well as acting for a number of clients in gaming, leisure and financial services. Prior to joining Akur, Siobhan was a partner within the Capital Markets team at Smith & Williamson.
